I never sniffed the old Immortal but recently sniffed immortel from a friend's bottle. I dont know its me only or not i got a improvised version liquid dish wash Vimbar kind of vibe from this one. i would prefer my theoreme over this any day to be honest.

I'm slowly moving away from Middleastern (ME) fragrances back to the Niche and Designer scents I'm used to. Explored plenty of popular ones from Badee Al Oud's honour and glory, the typical aventus clones etc etc but I have no idea how people can compare something so cheap smelling like theoreme to this. Maybe a bottle batch difference or a need for maceration due to poor logistics of Middle eastern companies? Tbh, the only quality M.E. fragrances I'm planning to keep are my CDNIM LE, Sillage and Jean Lowe's immortel. Everything else is alcoholic garbage or terribly blended. You're better off buying a cheap designer, an abundance of M.E. clones disguise themselves as value for money products but a lot of times they just replicate an overall vibe or the opening of a perfume but never ever exposes anymore 'colors'; they are all pretty linear but thats okay for certain perfumes. The rest? Garbage
