It's under rated. It's a good one for the new 540 cloudish manecera ish fans It slowly introduces the scent type. Better for spring not super hot days.

The opening of Opulent Musk is strong and synthetic and you feel like hope is lost for the scent. However, don’t get stuck on the opening. When it drys down it becomes Smokey and Baccarat Rougish with a very light sweetness. I’m at a crossroads with this fragrance. I will probably just pair it with something else. If you have any suggestions for pairings, please share?

Try pairing it with a citrusy scent if you want to tone it down or a sweet scent like D&G the one if you want it to be less smokey ❤️

This might sound odd, but I sprayed some B&BW warm vanilla with it and it mellowed it out and gave it that subtle sweetness that gave it a nice little umph!

Thanx for watching. I think you may like Oud for Glory if you like your perfumes strong. I’d say Opulent Musk is a lighter take on Oud For Glory, sort of like an edt version so it depends on weather you like a light or intense version of Oud for Glory. Oud for Glory is intense 😊

I opened and wore Oud for Glory today. I was worried that it was going to be too intense for me, and maybe too masculine. But I really like it! I also have Swiss Arabian Oud Asward, and I find that to be stronger, more masculine. I think Oud for Glory will be more versatile than I had thought, in terms of seasonal differences, occasions etc. I am feeling that OUd for Glory fits the unisex perfectly. I am planning on wearing Opulent Musk tomorrow, particularly after watching your thoughts Cee.

I purchased all 4 of the opulent line. The white is definitely the lightest of the four. The black and blue are more masculine leaning with the black being my favorite of the four. The red is the first perfume that i own that i cant stand my very first scrubber. 😂

i had the same reaction to opulent red .i left it on the shelve for a few months .sprayed it again and it has changed. so much sweeter now i really like it .

This one is a bit like Tiziana Terenzi Spirito Fiorentino or a very spicy baccarat rouge with a lot of woods. Unfortunately l haven’t tried the other two you asked me of. 😊

I bought this and its beautiful although my sinuses have been acting up and l cannot smell it fully. I love how it unfolds and creates a warm hug around you due to the saffron . On me it projects well. I also love Oud for Glory it smells like burnt caramel on me and someone said Opulent Musk is the feminine version of Oud of Glory. I can't get enough of both 😍😍😍 If you find Sheikh al Shuyuk in Harare please let me know l have been hunting for it.

Both Opulent Musk and Ana Abiyedh Rouge do not contain Oud but opulent musk has a lot of woods so it gives off a somewhat slight oudy feel. Of the two Ana Abiyedh Rouge is best.

I have just received this yesterday with a couple of other Lattafa musks (Pure Musk, Musk Mood and Rouat al Musk) and Oud for Glory. I haven’t sprayed them yet but I am about to get dressed for the day and will have to decide which one to wear. Just smelling the sprayer nozzles themselves I think Pure Musk and Rouat might be fresher for warmer weather, and Opulent Musk might be a cooler weather musk, with Musk Mood somewhere in the middle. (I am in Sydney, Australia and it is still cool here, in fact 2 days ago it was very cold! 9C).

I just got mine and it smelled that way too. Kinda the smell of a medical bandaid so I put it in the refrigerator to see if that changes it. I saw another woman on here that does that.

@@loriwiggs8599 that’s a good idea. I left mine in the wardrobe for several months and I’m pleased to say that now it smells much much better. It’s definitely a unisex, I like it on my hubby as much as I like it on me.

@@claire9702 I think all perfumes need to macerate. Spray 5-10 squirts and then go back to it in a month or so. But I bought Musamum and it’s a beautiful bottle and heavy but it had a really bad medicine bandaid smell too and it has not yet calmed now so I’m going to have to wait and if not it’s just bad. But I will say that spraying ur perfume brings in the oxygen and takes out the settled smell. Some Lattafa fragrances awesome at first spray, so there ya go. 😀
