Hi latte, here in Italy is night. I had a panic attack after like 6 months of nothing, I felt so bad and couldn’t get my thoughts out of my mind. My cousin and 2 relatives have been staying in our house which already has 5 members. That's 8 people total. Its too much. The TV is always on with loud volume, my brother keeps talking as he plays games, and in the one remaining room my cousin (guy) sleeps sometimes. Leaving me nowhere to go. So i stay up at night. Ive been into asmr about 15 years longer than it was ever "a thing", i wanna say with... Gentle Whispering(1st on yt?)? For me it started when I was 5-8, and my own "tingles" started in middle school, and in HS, led to my own control over it. But, you, Pelagea, and Gentle Whispering are the only ones that do "it" for me, automatically. Bravo.

When my sister and I were little (were twins) our baby brother started talking a lot and it was very soft and tingly and we loved when he whispered in our ears because it made us tingle so much. I had a teacher in third grade who had the most amazing voice as she read and it was great. When I was 16, which was when asmr was JUST being a whisper community I remember we went to Maui and the hands of the women hula dancing put me in such a trance. Visual asmr and hand movement are my absolute favorite. But only when they are done slow and gently, otherwise I feel like it’s in my face and annoying

@@NatureFantasy8 i for a long time had sleepless nights and panic attacks because of death when rlly i understand i shouldn’t exactly be worrying about it, then on tiktok someone was explaining something that was similar to my experiences (worries and confusion on death and life etc) and then someone said “u may have derealisation “ i’d never heard of it so i researched more and it was literally me and all the ways to help it helped me! i hope that helped a little
