The best thing for restless legs is taking a bath in Epsom salts. The magnesium in Epsom salts gets absorbed through your skin, and it helps with restless legs. Coming from someone who has had bad restless leg both from pregnancy and from antidepressants (restless leg is associated with serotonin levels, so antidepressants often have a side effect of restless leg). I’m also a former therapist who recommended Epson salts to clients who had side effects from their meds. Try it out, it really works! And you can get Epsom salts from most drugstores, grocery stores, and even dollar stores. Additionally, you could take a magnesium supplement, but it is actually better absorbed through the skin - and always check with your midwife or OB before taking an oral supplement.

İ just realised that theres an option in the additional settings on videos to turn off stable volume... İ think it sounds so much better with the stable volume off. İ think it was set to default so make sure to mess with it.

I'm so happy that you posted a video today. Tomorrow I need to get my blood drawn and i'm SO scared. I've had pretty bad experiences with it in the past. So now I can't sleep. My boyfriend can usually talk me through my fears and calm me down. But he's not here right now and I really need something or someone to calm me down. This came at the perfect time!❤

Hey. I'm sorry to hear you are worried about doing your blood tomorrow. When I used to do blood draws on people I would not tell them when I stuck them but I would tell them to close their eyes and to tell me about their favorite place, whether it be the beach or mountains or wherever it may be. I would get them to describe what their place sounds like, smells like, what they enjoyed doing while there, what they ate, who they went with... what ever they wanted to tell me but it had to be with eyes closed and in great detail and they couldn't open their eyes until I told them to, which was usually after I was done and putting on the bandaid. Maybe you can tell the person tomorrow you are nervous and ask if you can try this with them, I have been told it works. I hope it works for you too if you try it!

Im sorry youve had bad experiences. But remember, its comoletely harmless! Maybe you can ask for a pediatric needle if its too much . Remember to breathe and avoid looking at it, maybe talk to someone, distraction helps

I'm terrified of needles and blood tests always give me anxiety too but ask for a baby/butterfly needle, which is the smallest one possible. Also, close your eyes and breath in through your nose, hold for a second, and out through your mouth. You can do this!!
