@@thomassol9725 Sorry if I'm misunderstanding, are you saying that's what you would actually say to your mother or are you saying, hypothetically, if your mother said things like this type of mother does? Is your family American? Because, if so, that's the joke. That American children had a very different relationship with their parents than children with parents from other nations had with theirs... My mother is French &... well, I was about to say she would have smacked me if I had been disrespectful to her but, she actually wouldn't even have to. I would have just died on the spot out of mortification, lol. If your family is not American or is first or second generation, I would love to know from where. Just because I love to learn about different cultures from around our world.

@@DarlingDaintyfoot I'm 25 if that puts into better context and yea American. My family isn't the best to put it lightly. They all are kinda just assholes to each other. But the way I see it, we're both adults, if you want to talk to me like that, it best be good both ways. Cuz at this point if they try to pull shit I'll just go no contact like my sister did. And yes I've made sassy comments back, what I'm just supposed to be passively degraded 3/4 of my life because they can't be respectful to another adult let alone flesh and blood.
