So I would like to point out that Imogen has had a problem with her telepathy and all the voices in her head and Laudna being the ONE person who could legitimately understand and empathize with her. You don't need the characters to ever say it, you just know that's what first glued them together.

Usually, they look like a living person, unless you use a spell to identify them. They can, however, use a feat to give people a vague fear/sense of unease around them, without them actually knowing why they're afraid. Her terrifying form isn't because of what she is, it's from her warlock patron. Warlocks of the Undead patron get a Form of Dread ability that allows them to channel the patron's horrifying visage.

I honestly don't like the characters presented so far. Sure there's epic momentsl ike this for Laudna, but I don't like any of the other characters outside of Bell. And I also cannot STAND the bad southern US english accents, especially as someone that is FROM The southern US and is around the actual accents every day. These characters and the setting have so far been underwhelming compared to the start and cast of C2, who were FULL of charm from the moment they appeared on screen. Absolutely do not understand the fascination with FCG who is just this annoying 'look at me I'm the obvious cute fan favorite' and honestly that feels like the ONLY thing he's bringing to the table right now and seems pretty useless otherwise. This campaign has, so far, done nothing for me. I may just sleep on it and come back to it next year when I can just binge it in large quantities which might help me enjoy it more.

Been loving Marisha so far, it's great to see how much more into roleplay she is this campagn, in C1 she was pretty much herself as keyleth and pretty much herself as Beau too to the point even the others joked about how much like Beau she was irl but this campaign she's full on roleplaying and i love it Laudna and FCG are my favorites so far.

Erm... I hope you see the inherent logical flaw in your post. Keyleth and Beau are two insanely different characters. One was powerful yet timid, easily overwhelmed, goofy when stressed, and having to deal with a position of leadership thrust upon her against her will. The other was brazen, cocky and self-assured, and wildly out of touch with her emotions, and had to learn to deal with past issues instead of ignoring them. Marisha is definitely a multi-faceted person, 100%, so you COULD argue that she was playing a part of herself in both. But it really feels like you have a very narrow vision of what 'roleplaying' actually is, and are downplaying Marisha's abilities in both prior campaigns... All three characters require a great amount of RP to delve into their characteristics, emotions and insecurities, and they all are played in different ways. She's a great actor, basically! Just for future reference - you can easily compliment Marisha's roleplaying in this campaign WITHOUT having to play down her previous efforts. Laudna IS amazing, and Marisha IS playing her amazingly... just leave it at that. Hope that helps :)
