Campaign 1is rough around the edges but it literaly the start of an amazing story and has some great arcs. Been calling this since she revealed being from Whitestone. My guess is that since she was magically inclined before she died, the Briarwoods may have selected her as a backup body for Delilah if/when she died, like what happened in Campaign One those couple times. However, Laudna re-possesed her body and was Reborn, and when Delilah's spirit went back to her next backup body after Vox Machina killed her again, she instead found herself entrapped. After that, they must have entered into a Warlock pact, if for nothing else than their own collective survival.

I love how when Delilah starts talking to Laudna - the second it's *confirmed* Delilah, every single person at that table has a physical reaction. And it is genuinely the players reacting in that way, staring intently with a bit of rage, and even Robbie is more subdued with understanding. It's like being able to see the cast as the audience who knows who the enemy is before the characters do in a movie or tv show, staring at the screen and showing the seriousness of the moment that wouldn't come across without the specific context of previous campaigns. (Also - would've *loved* to see Travis's reaction because holy shit)
