If anyone is wondering about the last chord played with that amazing kind of arpeggio is Gmaj7 in this voicing: root (sixth string, third fret), 5th (fifth string, fifth fret), 7th (fourth string, fourth fret), 3rd (third string, fourth fret) and again 5th (on second string, third fret) using barre with your index finger as Laufey did in the video; for a more open sound you can also play the root note one octave higher (third fret, first string) always with barre using your index finger. This voicing for Maj7 chords is used even by Boy Pablo in most of his songs.
