This is by far the saddest and most relatable song out there. Laufey is a perfect mix of modern and classical and I think the way she writes and composes her music is just so unique. I love her so much, she makes me so happy especially in times like this when Im not feeling my best. I wish she could come to Istanbul or if I could go to one of her concerts any place, but I don't have the money rn to travel so yeah. I also have finals which im so tired for, but I study and use Laufey as a reward for myself. Every time I finish a lecture I listen to one of her songs, it's so calming and peaceful and helps me relax and get ready to study the next lecture. It's not that I 100% relate to it, there's just something about her songs that sends me the sense of deja vu, like I felt the most heart-wrenching love but I haven't yet, it makes me feel something in my bones that just gives me a total heartbreak. It's just reminding me to always know what to prioritize first in life, to understand myself first before I open up my heart to other people. Especially tolerating romance. So far my favourite songs from her are Best Friend, Lovesick, Falling Behind and Promise. Absolutely emotional and majestic songs, I love you Laufey.

Laufey's music is my perfec taste. She uses classical instruments within her song,her voice is soft yet story-telling of a journey. My ears usually hurt from listening to other artists but..her songs are nothing but melody to my ears, her voice is so soft that it doesnt irritate my ears.
