So apparently there is an officer named "sparky" that had been held hostage but the officers in the back keep coming near to the suspect. Hence officer sparky asked them to back up a bit but an officer tried to aim and kill the hostage taker and killed the hostage (his own officer). The officer is in the ISCD office btw 😂

@@abangfrik If you played the video frame by frame, Sparky died before even getting shot. You can see his head doing weird things. And even if the officer shot him, there would've been blood. However, in this video, there's no blood.
