Seasonal vegetables receipees are easy to make and it is also good for our health. I tried soya badi, katahal, paneer. I learned two things - to mash potatoes to thickens gravy And last ghee tadka.

Wonderful recipe! This is how my mom in law also makes. This is the first time I have seen anyone making lauki in authentic Punjabi way..... without garlic and onion....she don't add so many sabut masala....I will surely try with saunf and all other spices. Keep up the good work!!
