Just came on here to say that I've had mine for about six months and I really like this scan tool. Great review!

Awesome! Thank you for watching and commenting!

Hello, it's me, Roger. I really like all of your videos on the Ridgeline. You are a hero over the FB Honda Ridgeline Generation 1 page. I'm going to need one of these for sure! I have a really cheap one that only reads codes.

Thanks Roger! That means a lot! Thanks for watching and commenting!

Great video. I love the feature that walks you through various system resets. Each vehicle I own is so different, and I can't even remember what to do to reset it since I do most of the mechanical work on my cars.
@MCFIXIT9 ай бұрын
Me too! It’s a very nice feature. So many more than my previous OBD II scan tools have!

I thought the same thing! This thing is sweet! I also like the feature to watch videos based on the error codes! Such a helpful thing!

Nice tool for Honda guys, No months fee
@MCFIXIT9 ай бұрын
Yes it is. There is NO monthly fee! I definitely should have mentioned that in my video. Lifetime updates are included

I had a higher end Launch (Crp919e) and this seems to have all the functionality condensed into a small package that can save you a bunch of money. Would have been awesome if it was Bluetooth/wifi so that you could ditch the cord,but it seems fine.
@MCFIXIT4 ай бұрын
Yes! That would be a great future edition of this scan tool!

Do they make one for my Toyota Camry? I like the idea of being able to reset check engine lights. I am a DYIer and hate that after I fix something on my car that the light sometimes remains on. Would this fix my issue?
@MCFIXIT9 ай бұрын
Hello Noah, yes they do make it for the Camry. You will want the Toyota & Lexus version. Here's a link to Amazon to purchase this item: amzn.to/49msN8C

Will this work for my Odyssey? I'm having issues with a misfire in cylinder 1.

I have one for my Odyssey and it's great!

Correct! Thanks for adding this Shelby!

Yes, it will help with diagnosing your issue!
@john73758 ай бұрын
Do they make a cordless version of this? I'm thinking if you are diagnosing something like a fuel pump you would want to get as close as possible to the pump. If it was wireless, then you could be right next to it when you press the button to test it.

Yes, they do have a tool like that. LAUNCH X431 CRP919XBT OBD2 Scanner 2024 Bidirectional Diagnostic Tool. Here's a link: amzn.to/3TJ4R9R

Total random question but have you ever had a valve adjustment on your ridgeline? Also how many miles is on your ridgeline?
@MCFIXIT8 ай бұрын
Hello @shadowman1992, I have not done that. I have read about a lot of people doing it during a time belt change though. Thanks for writing.
@oceanodenoticias88623 ай бұрын
Do you have the option to see the real mileage? And to modify?
@MCFIXIT3 ай бұрын
What do you mean by real mileage? Like you had an engine swap and want to change it the cluster to match it?
