Launch X431 Pro5 service function Regen on a VW TDI

My "service function" button only takes me to a blank page? The scanner is brand new, how can I fix this? Everything else seems to work fine. Except that "service function" button on the homepage. If I go to the TPMS button" - it will prompt and tell me that it is not supported on my scantool (which is just the x431 Pro ... nothing else, just PRO). BUT, if I go to the "service Function' button-- it doesn't prompt, it just goes to a blank gray screen. I can see the bar at the top that says "service function" --- but the page is blank. I have already tried a total tablet reset and reinstalled the software-- with the same results. Any info on what I can do to fix this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Ive been pulling my hair for the last 2 weeks trying to find a scan tool that suits my needs. I run a workshop alone. There are an unhealthy amount of them to choose from... I need a scantool that has DoIP, CAN FD protocol and J2534 programming/coding capabilities. Would you say this tool suits those needs? Thanks in advance

I honestly can't say. The only coding I have done is on a 2013 jeep Grand Cherokee to change the state of the daytime running lights

@@444domac I have used this a decent bit. My only true complaint is lack of support. This is a launch product but is not supported by launch USA. Its supported by launch cn wich I believe is China but not completely sure. I tried to do an all keys lost on my audi project car (please check it out) but while doing so it blanked a body control module. It may have been due to me loosing wi fi but could not really get an answer from anyone.

@@calholli I haven't had a issue like that but I know it gets a little annoying not having much support. That being said my buddy has a snap on and he has had issues hooking to cars and used my scanner and hooked to them no problem. He asked the snap on dealer and didn't get any real information.
