Yes Jeff cleaning out those vents are a must we do our every 6 months let’s just say I do a lot of laundry.Dont forget to change those hoses too you don’t want any leaks .Homeownership it never ends . Beautiful redo I love the collections.I just finished the garage this pass week. Over the weekend our neighbors tree decided to drop a 25 foot branch in our yard. I was nice enough to tell them. Thank god nothing was damaged and no one got hurt. We even took care of it our selves. Hopefully he takes my suggestion to have the tree looked at. We never seem to catch a break. Still have work to finish in the yard . Have a blessed vacation you all deserve it happy hunting .💕💕💕

Hello Jeff and Queen Angela! I have a small collection (about 6 or 7) old wood wall hanging, telescoping clothes drying racks. One was even used as part of the set decorations for "The Color Purple!" I have always envisioned decorating a laundry room with them and displaying some vintage and antique linens on them. Oh, well, maybe some day....... Love Angela's wash boards and repro vintage metal signs!

My former house (when I started collecting these) had a very nice, large laundry room. Haven't had a nice, inside laundry area "since the divorce!" But, I refuse to part with them! Good Luck, Angela! I'm glad I watched b/c it reminded me I had a little child's wooden ironing board that I never put out until today. Our laundry room was a new space created when we remolded. Our contractor built the cabinets himself and I told him to split them in 3 sections. Closed cabinets on ea. side and 3 open shelves in the middle so I could decorate. I also have washboards, antique irons, a little clothesline w/wooden clothes, I also have the tin sign you have where the girl is hanging clothes. So cute. I also a wooden wringer machine, a wooden doll holding a basket of laundry. I also have a old clothespin dress .I do have a sink w/storage below in the cabinet. So cute you have the little items from the grandma's childhood. I'm someone who loves country décor as I live on 80 acres in a 90 yr. old farmhouse I have a lot of antique farm items I use to decorate with outside, I think it looks amazing and it has lot of curb appeal. Great job, love the makeover, Jeff. We got a new set about 6 yrs. ago and I have never used it, as my husband does all the laundry, I'm happy, but, if I could just get him to cook I'd have it made! LOL!

@@MyTakeOnHomeGarden He still works 6 hrs. a wk. checks ppl into a gym. I injured my other knee in March. Just had a MRI, I have a meniscus root tear, Baker's cyst, lots of bone edema and a stress fracture in the tibial plateau. I'm on bedrest(sort of) for 4 wks. But I'm afraid I will have to have a TKR. Hope not, see my surgeon next wk.

I really like the sage color on the walls. Also, love Angela’s vintage decor ❤. I remember my mom used to have us scrub our socks using those scrub board. My knuckles used to get sore and skin raw.. 😮. As an adult bleach and soaking are the way to go..lol By the way, enjoy time off, it’s summer, a time to enjoy family and the weather. I love it! It reminds me of my laundry room. Did you know the wash boards with glass and wood scrubbers were made during the war because all the metal that was usually used had to go to the war effort. I bet Angela loved what you did with the room.
