twin peaks really is its own genre, but: - every david lynch movie; - mind-fuck/mistery movies: donnie darko, shutter island, memento, inception, the prestige, fight club, requiem for a dream, mr. nobody, the sixth sense, etc… - tv shows that i’ve seen and feel similar to twin peaks: wayward pines, lost, dark, the x-files, true detective s1; - tv shows that i haven’t seen but heard are similar to twin peaks: fargo, hannibal, search party, gravity falls, the crow road, etc… if i’d have to recommend some of these, i’d say: mulholland drive, blue velvet, eraserhead, memento, donnie darko, fight club, lost, dark, true detective s1.
