Agreed with the essential oils, however who really knows what their quality or potency was back in the day. But when she was said you can apply what you eat to your face, that wasn’t literal. She was talking about probiotics in general. They are great for gut health and have a variety of benefits. But the mask she was using is obviously formulated for the skin. A lot of skincare companies formulate products with probiotics. Tula made an entire company out of it.
