I felt love frequency coming out of this podcast. The thing Laura C. said about the onion in my heart, made me understand. It's a peeling away layer by layer that which triggers me. You can't skip that part. There is no way to the heart of the matter of that thing without the gentle Holy Spirit moving through the layers. Healing comes in those movements of His love. I'm so glad I "stumbled" onto this video and decided to listen. A meaningful discussion, with good words to chew on and digest. I had never really considered myself one to get triggered easily - but in reality, I used to get triggered a lot. I've slowly been learning about frequencies. I began to realize how the low frequencies - man alive - they'd get me so agitated and on edge and I'd feel like I was going to explode (it would start, mainly through the tv... I just didn't understand why). In 2020, I turned off the tv, and through a series of events, I began realizing (truly) the power in our words/the tongue (as we read in Proverbs 18:21). Learning to keep my mouth shut, if I wasn't going to say something kind... speaking words of life... speaking and declaring the praises of God... acknowledging His Presence and Sovereignty... these things do shift the atmosphere. He shifts it. He is so faithful, and I am beyond grateful for His patience with me because it's easy to fall into old habits of negativity, yet it's getting "easier" to recognize and then say "no" to that negativity - to read Almighty God's Word, or even counter that negativity by singing a scripture song or to speak out His promises. The heart follows His Truth. Thank you for this video/conversation ❤

Perhaps I'm focusing on it too much like you said Laura. It's not triggered by a person. It's triggered by things beyond my control like stuff not working or doing what it's supposed to. Lots of little things that make everyday life exhausting & battle after battle. I thought it was a spirit of harassment, but a friend that is older & wiser said it was a spirit of depression. I’ve been a minister for some years. I know my childhood was a massive fearful life from being a unloved child, beat much locked up in home less alone other places. I became a rejected, fearful, passive person. Father about three years ago, spoke to me about this. Since have shown me my childhood and the painful events wham all I wanted too be is loved. Just this week I went on a defense feeling as if the ones giving me their opinion against mine then another jumped on board telling me what kind of Christian are you.allowed myself to be taken down and later tried making amends to all involved. And went into s mode for two days of guilt, shame, and condemnation. Were for 44 years I just don’t understand except to say that he is working at taking the spartan race outside of me no matter how tiny they may be. As a skimming of wine to get the impurities out of it. But, why am I seemingly not aware spiritually speaking at the moment of impact?

Robert, I pray that you will allow the Lord to complete the work he started in you. He seems to be taking any battle out of you so he can battle on your behalf. That way you can rest in him. He is the love you couldn’t get from others. He loves you deeply and wants to take away all that pain. Whom the Sons sets free is free indeed and I pray you will rest in that peace. @16:35 Its not a 'frequency trying to come at you to find its match'. What it is is a thought. A thought stream that we are becoming aware of. There is no conscious motive or intention behind the thought. It is not personal. It sounds like any other thought. Just completely raw and true in its nature. A natural thought just naturally coming into our awareness and we are the receivers of it. It does not want to harm us or upset us. If there is anything you could say it 'wants', it wants to be validated. It's pure and innocent. Like a child. Not vicious or malicious or ill- intentioned. Just a thought. And it could sound like Anything. And we can interpret it coming in (into us) as anything, in any form. Just like a dream when we are dreaming and we are not controlling the unraveling of the dream. Its just pure and free. No matter what it looks like. For me, it's bugs. Insects. The phobia is so great that I scare MYSELF with my thoughts about it. Its not the bug. The bug is not what's triggering me. Its my thinking my thoughts ABOUT the bug that is causing me distress. I am traumatizing my own self with my beliefs about the insects and what I imagine they are 'trying to do to me'. But they are innocent. Just like thoughts. They come in. Not to stay. But to be heard. To be seen. To be recognized. Antagonists, Agressives,.. what we call 'Agressives' or 'violent ones'.. they don't come AT us. They come FOR us. To teach us. To show us our own mind. Our own nature and what we are thinking and believing about our world, ourselves. So when it appears Hostile, it is showing us what we are at war with in our own minds. What we are rejecting, resisting, not wanting to look at. Not wanting to feel. They are our gift. Bringing us the opportunity for self awareness. To take a look and see.. what are we defending? What thoughts, what beliefs are we still in defense of? What are we still believing about our selves and others that are not true? And our feelings let us know. Our feelings are our friend. To show us. To wake us up. To enlighten us. Our nightmares are here as a gift. To wake us up. Every person, every thought, every single THING is here for that. To bring us home to ourself. Back to the peace, the love, the kindness and clarity that we are. If we are willing to look at it. And let it in. Let's take the trip! ❤ .. might as well? Herrrrre it comes.

I’ve had some nasty dreams over the years and with the sharing of a recent “icky” one with a dear friend, she responded, “That’s an awesome dream!! Lots revealed and exposed in that dream!” I was shocked at her response, but so thankful. She helped me look at my nightmares differently. I’m learning to embrace even my “scary” dreams.. (even the ones in which I may encounter a demon or two). I’m learning to see it for what it truly is and turn things around, overcoming evil with good and responding in love to all things. Earth is waiting/groaning for this! All of creation is longing for the mature sons and daughters of God to show up on the scene…to bring it restoration! Tikun olam.❤️‍🩹🌍💫God bless!

Hi Angela, In preparation for visiting my son today, I decided meditation was appropriate, a guided activation in which I encountered Jesus as never before. He appeared in my bedroom, gently sitting next to me on my bed as I lay. Taking my hand & leaning down till His cheek met mine, love radiating from His lovely face. His other hand resting softly on my shoulder, He said "All that you have lost, your heart desires can be restored; years of lost love & brokenness can be undone , with joy replacing the memory of this long period of mixed up life. He gently left the same way He came, slowly vanishing in front of me. My most profound encounter to date set me up for a joyful visit in which I felt no need for offence or my usual fear of losing the only son who continues to want relationship with me of my 3 adult children. I must say His behaviour was no different , yet I easily and joyfully refrained from any triggered response to his sometimes obnoxious comments. Rewatching the session before this reply reminds me of how grateful I am for your prayers and teaching on real life issues. Also over the moon to have a loving visit from Jesus to clarify my future. Sincere thanks to both yourself & Laura for what you do here.

Robie, this is the 4th conversation we released. The first was on forgiveness. Each one is a message the Father lays on our heart to reveal to those who are seeking to be more like him. My relationship in and with the Holy Spirit by Jesus to my ABBA Father in Heaven.... The hope of what our futures are about and what in relationship to I may work on today.... enduring the race of life... I am enduring day by day the victory(He already overcame), Jesus Christ purpose and destiny me to be in... When I find myself triggered in gratefullness, loving, praise and worship .... knowing His love did it first.... so I can walk in calling by His presious Holy Spirit... He prepares the righteous works I find myself serving through obedience... O how I fail in all this, but by grace alone... I may have the choices, to boldly, confidently get up and get going..

Triggers triggers triggers... surrounding ourselves with positivity in fellowship and finally seeing that the BODY of CHRIST looks different in parts. CPTSD is definitely underserved in the 'church' and in many cases may actually become part of the church hurt. Then this becomes part of the striving, double mindedness (because it creates insecurity in identity as a child of GOD), anxiousness, self centered because of distrust, etc which isn't walking in the GRACE of the LOVE and FORGIVENESS CHRIST died for. I don't know how, but I do know that the so called church in many many cases is NOT working in the true BODY of CHRIST. Often church wants to dumb down the scriptures and look over the supernatural aspects of the kingdom of GOD. And it's ALL RIGHT THERE IN HIS WORD. The spirit of religion is a bitter root!!! Condemn it. And cast it down! In the MIGHTY name of YESHUA ha MESHIACH of NAZARETH. AMEN (In my humble opinion and reflecting some of my personal experiences)

So for me triggers was something Holy Spirit had to first off reveal to me that's what was happening, what I learned in the process is that when I feel the trigger which is getting more profound as I grow meaning that I'm more able to recognize that I'm actually having a trigger. I first ask myself what are you needing right now Kari what are you feeling is a threat to you in some way and I ask the Lord Papa what lie am I listening to right now that's creating a false sense of a threat and lots of times I can hear right away and acknowledge what I'm being shown that's something I can do all the time but not all the time am I hearing right away because there's so much white noise going on that I'm firing off everywhere like my whole body responds and that totally depends on who and what created the trigger. When it's family or very close relationships and I hear harsh negative words coming out of a person I pray this.. Father place a watchman over the door posts of our mouths and a bridle over our tongues and then I pray in tongues and very shortly after things come to calm. I could comment on so many levels cause I've been in the healing process for sometime now and I've done so much work and have been lifted higher and higher in frequency and as I'm raised up more the quicker I've noticed I'm able to recognize what's going on with me before it goes full fledge. I've been diagnosed with C-PTSD I see the demonic assignment in that diagnoses and I approach that in the fact that Jesus doesn't have this issue and he NEVER gave that to me and he wants me free and freedom is exactly what he's provided over and over as each scenario that surfaces and he takes me in deeper to that place where all that started. I know this truth no label of this world can cloth me as if it's my garment to wear. Oh this topic is so good and so much to say about this.... Remember this family JESUS he's NEVER stops and he's mission is our freedom so freedom we will have and we grow along the journey.
