Hey Laura, loved the video! I couldn't help but notice you mentioned having stubbornly red cheeks, so i seriously suggest getting checked by a dermatologist for Rosacea. I suffer from it, with my face, especially my cheeks, always being red as though i had ran a marathon or gotten a sunburn. There's heaps of things that can trigger it, including temperature, foods, sunlight, exercise, stress, makeup/skincare products etc, and it most often shows up in people, particularly women, with fair skin who flush/blush easily- such as yourself. If you can't see a derma for a while (since they're ALWAYS booked out from my experience) i recommend having a look at your diet and habits and cutting out a few select things for a time and seeing if it makes any difference. Also avoid every product with alcohol/menthol/ethanol like the PLAGUE. Ik menthol is used often for its 'cooling effect', but it's really not good for your skin- especially those with sensitive skin. I've personally found the gentle moisturiser called "QV cream" to work really well, and my favourite gentle cleanser (since everything else stings like a chemical burn) is called "Eau Thermale Avène Tolérance- extreme". Even gets rid of thick makeup with ease while moistursing your face without all the harsh chemicals of normal cleansers. Also, if you have "The Body Shop" over there, their aloe vera range is really good and i've found no problems with their SPF15 moisturiser and Aloe Vera night cream Good luck! I hope you find a way to ease your red cheeks 💖

Arbonne calm facial cleanser helped with my redness, not sure if it is universal though. Its sort of like Avon or Mary Kay, you don’t buy it in stores, people sell it. You might be able to find it online though , definitely recommend!
