Yes! A V-part would be the samething. Just line the edges of the wig to your parting and leave a couple cm space so you have room to do the crochet technique 🧚🏾‍♀️🫶🏾

I also have PCOS and I’m still trying to get ok with the fact that my hair sheds badly and is not how it used to be. To avoid the sadness that comes with the hair loss and thinning, I keep my hair cut short into a bob so that I don’t really notice.

It’s been a work in progress on this journey 🥵 I think I kind of figured it out now. I workout 5 times a week: 2 days cardio, 3 days strength training. I also take vitamins: fish oil, coenzyme10, zinc, glucose, folic acid, ashwhaghanda root, lysine 2000 mg, iron. I also drink alotttttttt of water too and stay away from sweets and sugar. I also do decaf coffee and tea. That’s about it for right now 🫶🏾🥰

Glad ur back, as a pcos girly too that had to restart last year because alll the back of my hair fell out as I was losing weight, I haven’t had any inspiration to do my hair anymore.
