My buddy also had an E30 of the first model many years ago. You can tell from the rear lights whether the car is already a facelift model or not. LAUREL drives a convertible, the first series of the E30. My buddy had a closed sedan (320i) in the same color as LAUREL's convertible. However, my buddy had a rear silencer from the company “G-Power”, which made a distinctive engine noise. The silencer wasn't too loud. I was always happy when I heard this distinctive sound of the BMW from the road. Then I knew that my buddy was about to ring my front doorbell. If LAUREL or the owner of the convertible wants to make the musical engine sound even better, then he should look for the G-Power EB 5302 rear silencer for his 325. However, I don't know whether this rear silencer is still available as a new spare part.
