Joshua McDowell i dont think so. They said in an interview they have different producers in their songs and in order to get parts they have to sing the songs individually so the producers could pick which part is suited best for their voice. sorry my english isn’t good 😭

I miss the way her eyes used to light up when she started to sing, it's like she just lost a bit of her spark around late 2014. Their management pushed them to grow up way to fast and it really shows, in some of their performances they look dead inside. If they didn't get out out of that when they did it could have destroyed their passion to produce music, i miss them together but they're all doing so well now.

I think that's because she was in the group and she sometimes hadn't solo parts or are generic and simple . Maybe now that she is a solo artist she can control more her voice and be like she used to. In her new songs in the last pary of the video she sounds pretty good

@@mateodiaz6726 I really don't think it's a confidence problem, it was mostly her lack of interest in 2016-2017 as well as her smoking habits. She always talked about how she hated singing songs she didn't write and by 7/27 she was tired of singing the same songs she didn't have a connection to. She stopped caring, started singing improperly in ways that damaged her voice, singing notes she couldn't hit anymore and just really strained her voice. That whole Era she just didn't even want to be Fifth Harmony anymore really. She didn't use a vocal coach either and just got lazy with it till the PSA Tour and now her solo music where she's Happy, writing it and performing things she cares about

to those who say lauren's voice now is worse well she started raspy and up until 2014 it's really golden then things got bumpy by 2015 (both maybe bc of smoking and shes maturing duh) but by 2016 yall can see she's slowly getting back in her game and her voice is getting better and better up until now. it's soo raspy, husky, and stronger it freaking sounds too good plus lauren's really the epitome of hotness.
