My sweet husband 💕 went home 2 years ago after a 4 year battle with cancer. He looked into the corner of the room with a look of awe on his face. I asked him if heaven had opened to him. He turned his had and looked at me, silently saying goodbye. Then he looked back up to the same place, eyes wide, and with three more breaths he was gone. It was the most amazingly beautiful thing I have ever witnessed. Praise God we have such a loving, Heavenly Father who welcomes us home.

after my dad passed I prayed for God to allow him to come visit me in my dreams.. I wanted reassured that Heaven is real and that my dad was ok... within a day or two I had that dream... I heard my dad call my name and I turned and saw him smiling with a bright light all around him.. I ran to him and we embraced laughing... I could feel the peace of Heaven in that embrace and the joy as well... I knew instantly that he was ok and Heaven is real... When I woke up my husband told me that I was laughing so loudly in my sleep he thought I was awake... I said no.. just got a visit from Dad :)

Wow… Incredible. I’m 23 years old. My Pop Pop just passed away a few days ago peacefully in his living room and Jesus took him to the gates of Heaven. I was just talking about how I always wanted him to experience my future wedding. He knew the Lord and made a post about Jesus right before he passed away. Bless your heart. My baby brother was murdered on Feb. 16th 2021. Our mother passed away Jan. 2008 and I became mom sister friend enemy caretaker maid whatever hat I had to put on and wear that day for him my sister and my son. My son and younger brother and sister are only 3 & 4 years apart. They were adopted by my mother at the ages of 12 days old for my brother and 10 months old my sister. This song spoke to the depth of my soul. Thank you. I’ve been strong for everyone these past 18 days and I finally let it all spew out of me. Thank you for this song. From the very first time I ever heard this song after it was posted, I bawled my eyes out before I could get past the first line. I immediately knew I wanted to play it at my mother’s funeral when that time came. Little did I know that time would come less than 2 years later on 12/1/2022 when we lost her to her battle to non-alcoholic liver cirrhosis. As much as it killed me to watch my mother slip away, I knew she was on her way to Jesus to get her healing and would no longer be suffering. "Take your time..." Death is not what God, the Creator had planned originally. That's why it's so painful and we hate it. We want to still be with our loved ones. But instead of having "survivor's guilt", we need to "take our time..." living for our Creator and know we'll see them later, when it's our time. In the Creator's realm/kingdom, there is no time and our loved ones are safe.

I'm comforted by this song when I start to miss all the people I've lost in the last couple years. My mom in 2019, my aunt, uncle and grandma in 2020. My aunt and uncle 10 days apart due to covid in November then just a month later 2 days before Christmas my grandma from pancreatic cancer. I love the line don't you cry for me because I'm in God glory I can see his face its amazing I know you have doubts I see it right now I promise it's real keep praying because I know they're with God in his kingdom for those of us who believe and it just comforts me knowing they're in the best place Christians could ask for...

A woman who my was like my grandmother passed away from Covid recently. She supported me and my mom so much. She was always there when we needed her. She held on for over a month. She was the strongest woman I knew. I know she's with her grandson now. So, she's at peace. I'm grateful for that.
