they are 3 weeks old their eyes just opened the tear ducts naturally produce to over clean cause of the air the eye is exposed to, just like every animal and human on the planet. kids have constant gunk in their eyes that needs to be cleaned out. its just part of adapting to the world.

I've heard, that cats, and that includes big cats, sleep about 16 hours a day, These tigers are constantly disturbed by human visitors, and they don't get enough sleep. I would say this is gentle torture. Leave them alone, and let them do what they want.

It's not really true though that they sleep that much. I've heard 19 hours a day claimed as well. The real figure is more like 10 hours, maybe 12. A bit more than humans, but a far cry from 16 or 19. But any cat owner will confirm with you that they're up most of the day and much of the night as well, it's kind of hard to find a way to call that 16. I had one cat who was staying up way more than is healthy I'm sure, since I'm an insomniac and she would adoringly make sure to always be in the same room as me, and she'd keep me up at night too, so it's kind of hard to imagine she slept even as much as 8 hours a day, probably more like 6. So I think the real answer is that they are in fact very, very adaptable, more than humans, and can adjust to a wide variety of sleep amounts. Nonetheless the tiger exhibitionist things are cruel in other ways. They usually give very neglectful care of the tigers, they're just cash cows to them.

They are followed by mosquitos (725.000 People die due to mosquitos per year )and snakes (100.000 kills). Letting tigers give birth in captivity is not okay. Although they are cute, these babies will grow up quickly and have miserable lives. Even in the best conditions, tigers have only a small fraction of the space that they would travel in the wild. Many are killed or sold for their parts as well. Also, when tigers are bred for circuses and fairs, they are forced into abusive situations. They are much more likely to get sick, and, not to mention, have been ripped from their mothers and forced into being fed cold mixture from bottles that can make them even more sick. Please spay and neuter. End their suffering.

(5 seconds later) and taking the shot...killing her for her hide and taking her cub to sell on the black market to some oblivious moron who thinks it's cool to own a tiger in a suburban neighborhood as long as you have a good strong cage that it can't get out of. 3 years later when that cute cub is all grown up, 500 pounds and a problem tiger cause it's been in a 25x25 cage it's whole life n has become too aggressive towards the moron, it gets a bullet to the head and skinned like it's mom... or dumped in a rescue center to live in captivity for the rest of it's life along with 400 other big cats that came from similar homes of morons

If this is a sanctuary why is everyone in the comments so negative. They only have them on the floors and all just for that amount of play or screen on time. there is space as you can see in the background. Why be so rude? This lady loves the beautiful creatures and is just excited to care for them. If they were in the wild without a mother they would or could die.

That's improper handling. Tigers are wild creatures with predatory hormones. They aren't born to play around with a bunch of aww-drooling humans endlessly chattering. If you think that you can drill such stuff into their minds by exposing them to such conditions at a young age, then you are very wrong my friend.

Not so adorable when you come to know they are being forcefully bred and separated from their mothers, kept awake all the time for such tourist attraction. They are not petting and photography toys that you're playing with. Really shameful.
