try sate ponorogo east java , it has bigger slice of chicken, also try sate buntel from Solo (central java) it is like minced beef/chicken satay. Krupuk should keep dry and crispy and don't dip into the soup

I'm Madurese(?) and I expected some of Pamekasan style rujak cingur with seaweed, Sumenep style campor (spicy coconut soup), Sumenep style savory mung bean dish called kaldu. But yeah, I think the ingredients are kinda hard to find in London, that's okay

plot twist ikan lele jauh lebih sehat dari ayam potong. (kecuali ayam kampung) itu bagi yg pernah kerja di peternakan ayam potong aja. dari netes sampe panen , bahan kimia dan obat nya ugal2 an ~ 🤣🤣 (sama ama peternakan babi , hewan normal 3 bulan belom siap panen boss)
