I was Muslim and converted to being a follower of our lLord Jesus Christ..I prayed to God one time with all my heart and asked him to show me if he’s real then Jesus came into my life. I played Lauren's beautiful music at my wife's bedside every day for a month last October as she lay in an induced coma, trying to give her lungs time to heal from Covid. She didn't make it, but I know Lauren's gift gave me strength and courage, and still does today. And, her angelic voice prepared my wife for her greeting with Jesus. I am an addict and have been on enough for years when I lost my mother 9 years ago I lost 5 years of recovery got them back together with a drug addicted husband who I have been married to for 18 years at the time almost 19 and became homeless right after we got back together and shortly after that 6 months later and then got saved for the very first time and I feel Head over heels we need totally in love with my husband for the first time at 19 years of marriage and her next six and a half seven years I spent that time trying to save him from heroin addiction and I was going on and off of the addiction I hated it but when that was all there was that's what I did but I hated it but I would give anything for that man that got saved back to me because I've lost every family member I had other than our daughter because of him and the addiction in the way he I let him treat me and all I know is that man's soul matters if nothing else but I'd like to have the man that got saved to come back to me God bless everyone who reads us and God loves you sir he loves us all and I truly believe that in my heart

The negative influences of this world are designed to make our heart sick through emotional & physical pain resulting in a given person turning to music as one source of comfort to the body. The painful realty of this existence gives rise to the birth of music in two forms, earthly & HEAVENLY. Earthly music speaks to the experiences of this world through the singer-song writer’s eyes. Oftentimes drug use (i.e. alcohol, smokes, marijuana, cocaine, opioids, benzos and propofol to name a few) is intertwined with the survival of an artist to deal with the pressure of performing in order to stay relevant in the music industry, and to serve as fuel for creativity. As a result, music celebrities develop a tendency to sin against their body, through excessive drug use, for not measuring up to or to satisfy the demands of their music. Any earthly joy they experience is darkened by the heavy burden of performing and the loss of privacy. The end users of their music become fans because the lyrics are relatable and the sound of the singer’s voice & rhythm helps them cope with the pains of this reality. Unfortunately, this band aid approach is only a time out from the hurt and in the meantime we are fortifying its wall with painful memories waiting in line. Who can save us from wounds that are silent, wordless and cruel all the while tearing us apart inch by inch on the inside, which could radically accelerate the demise of the human body? I will use caps as emphasis to show the honest reverence for GOD'S SOVEREIGNTY when writing about HEAVENLY music in the paragraphs below. That INVINCIBLE DIVINE be our HEAVENLY FATHER, WHO THROUGH HIS SON’S MISSION HAS INSPIRED believers to write songs that sing of HIS LIFE GIVING LOVE to deal with emotional & physical pain, economic instability, mortality and the emotional instability of others with the motive of winning over souls for HIS KINGDOM. The melody & theme of HEAVENLY music is hateful and intolerable to the devil, a spirit which causes us to be blinded of the effects of sin and is responsible for the woes of this world such as melancholy, anguish, tribulation and trial. These agitations of the soul create a heavy burden for the lost and could lead him or her to be hostile of songs that sing about GOD’S GLORY. This makes it clear that we cannot win the spiritual battle by our own strength. Moreover, on earth the devil has no equal. GOD has provided us with the ONE WHO CAN AND WILL LIFT the heavy burden of sin's guilt from a given sinner's heart if he or she (through faith) would open their understanding to Psalms (starting with the focus on Psalms 51:1-10 KJV), and hymns/songs giving praise to HIM for the purpose of being persuaded, converted and healed by the HOLY SPIRIT from within by transforming your body/temple into a meeting place for you and the KING OF THE AGES to commune as friends through the born again experience (repentance manifesting itself in a changed life). It is only here that the fears of tomorrow will diminish, the blessed assurance is given that you are HIS and HE LIVES. Once the blessed assurance is known in prayer (through the confession of wanting salvation from one’s sinful nature, combine with admitting that JESUS CHRIST is LORD and believing in one’s heart that GOD raised HIM from the dead to deliver us from sin's guilt) the world can never take it away because the world didn’t give it to you.

I don't ever talk about this but I had 2 miscarriages in 2006 and 2007 and finally had my sweet girl in 2009. In 2012 I started slipping down the slippery slope of addiction. It was prescribed at first but then again that's irrelevant. It stole everything from me. In early 2019 my mom finally saw it had gotten so bad that I'd have been dead without help and had me court ordered to get help. I remember feeling completely broken and angry. I'm not exaggerating when I say that it saved my life. I've been free from that life for over 2 years now. My daughter will be 12 in July and she will get a little brother shortly after her birthday. She'd begged for a sibling for years but I knew I couldn't bring another child into the world in my condition. Thank you God for setting me free. Thank you for giving me a second chance at life and at being the mommy my girl needs. Thank you for giving me my sweet little boy!! I can't wait for July to be here so I can finally see my babies together. If you read this far... thank you for reading. This is the first time I've really shared this story in any format. I'm just having a tough night tonight and I needed to share and it helped so much. It reminded me I've been at rock bottom and HE pulled me out. I can handle this one bad night EASY!!💕🙏🙌💙

Sometimes I think of the story in the Bible where Paul and Silas get thrown into jail and they praise and worship the Lord in the jail cells come open however Paul and Silas don't leave they just stay there in the cell so they can be a witness to those that don't believe. However the main moral that I get out of the story is they weren't praising and worshipping the Lord because they wanted something from gods they were praising and worshiping the Lord because the Lord is worthy of praise . Of course I could be off base however that's what I got out of the story. Other than many got saved because of Paul and Silas staying there to witness instead of running when the jails opened.

Just a reminder GOD will never leave you. One day I woke up feeling lonely in his presence and a failure, when I was riding in the car I made a shot 15 second prayer to God asking if he was still with me and asked him to hug and hold onto me. Then a soon as I ended the prayer on the radio I heard a song that caught my attention cus it sounded like worship music and my parents aren’t religious but the song went on saying “I love it when you hold me holy, hold me holy” and to be honest I was surprised God showed me. I read your comment Grace. I will never give up! I have suffered abuse throughout my life, but Satan pushed things too far and God stepped in and told me that I needed to love myself, and forgive myself, and I said, “Okay.” Then He poured out of Heaven and into my life all the Love and Forgiveness I will ever need while I was in a hospital dealing with a breakdown caused by a cheating husband. His presence poured out on my from the tip of my head to the souls of my feet. He also told me that I am UNSTOPPABLE! My life has never been the same! People always read what their eyes Land on! Don’t forget that. Focus on the good that does and will happen every day, not on what someone will not read. As humans there is always the chance that we may be wrong in our ideas or actions or beliefs, but if you think about what is good you will always be RIGHT!!!

I have a nine year old that was diagnosed at 3 with speech delay. Also has been diagnosed with ADHD, inattention deficiency, low sensory, and recently was diagnosed and disabled with language disorder. But when it comes to singing Lauren Daigle songs everything changes. Me to my son: “honey, do you love this song” Son: “ yes mom is my favorite” and smiles with bright eyes. Me: “ why is it your favorite baby?” Son: “ because it calms me its soft and i feel peace here” touches his heart. Me: “ do you know who your singing too?” Son: “ yes, mom God” I look at him and hug him tight. You see as soon as he heres this music its like medicine to his soul not even what prescribed medications does to what God and this beautiful music do to him. God is good.

May the Lord Jesus Christ bless you and keep you in his loving care as you need healing also! I still miss my Dad and it is Christmas Day into 3am on the 26th that will be two years! No one can say that there's a set time for grief! Only the Father knows our journey!

Wow what a song! This had been a year of great loss for me and many others. I have been scared. I have been burdened. Sad. Hurt....... One thing I have realized and I knew deep down that hope and love would get me thru everything and so far God has not disappointed me. Not one time.
