I don't know if you are still reading the comments here...but I wanted to thank you! This was a wonderful practise. For me it was wonderful that you also put a lot of focus on intention and breath. I am in week 17 now, so I adjusted the vinyasas a bit. After a week of a lot of work in the office I was really craving a good yoga session. I also notice that I have forget to breathe deeply during the day. Now I feel so much better. Kind regards from Germany.

i don't understand people telling you how to teach a class in the comments. i'm no one to tell you how to do your classes. but i just wanted you to know that i'm on my 29th week and I really enjoyed the practice. it's a ver balanced sequence. i also like how you and travis combine physical and philosophical knowledge during the practice.

Absolutely LOVE this class! I've revisited multiple times and now in the last week of my pregnancy feel so grounded in this practice. With very few modifications (cat to down dog instead of a full chaturunga) I am able to do the entire thing with ease. Thank you!

Thanks for this beautiful practice. I really enjoyed this, I am 23 weeks pregnant and this is the second prenatal video of yours I have practiced. I really like them and only would say that sometimes it would be nice to have more quiet moments. Even though everything you say is good and helps keep me on track I find myself sometimes wishing for less cues. Thanks again I will be looking for more of your videos!

Hello Lauren. I really like your prenatal videos, thank you to share. I was wondering if this one is good also for the second trimester, because I saw on the description that is for the first trimester.

Thanks, probably is a good sequence for 1st trimester and it should be in the title, This is not convenient for 2nd or 3rd trimesters.

This entire practice can be done in the second trimester!

I like the movements, but all this intention and heart blahblah is a bit too much for me. I just do yoga for physical exercise during pregnancy (because CrossFit isn't really the best prenatal practice) and this meditation thing is getting on my nerves. I'm trying to be open for it and follow along with my mind as well, but sometimes I think "if she mentions 'intention' one more time, I'll smash the phone against the wall".

I want to acknowledge you for noticing everything that arose for you during this practice. This is probably the most valuable asset you can possess in parenthood - the ability to notice frustration, resistance or even anger and still show up connected to your values. Yoga is a system of practice, thousands of years old, intended to lead you toward deeper states of meditation. While some teachers stick to the physical, that is ultimately not the intention of yoga. I can imagine no other time in life when it would be more powerful to focus on intention than welcoming a child into your body and into the world. Wishing you and your baby a beautiful time together, now through this journey of pregnancy and into motherhood. It takes strength to just show up the way you did

@@LaurenEckstrom Thank you for your message. I do understand that yoga is about more than just movement. I think my mistake is to only practice with videos where I am constantly told what to do, when to breathe, what to think and focus on. I guess what is annoying me is not meditation in itself, but being told how to do it, not breathing and moving at my own pace, but with the teacher. It's hard to let loose when you have to hold your breath before moving on and crane your neck to see what the the next position should look like :-D. Videos like yours are great to get to know the exercises and get an idea of how to work on oneself, but to truly get into meditating and enjoy the actual benefits of that, I probably need to practice by myself, without anyone talking in the background. I do believe that yoga can be beneficial for me in many aspects, so I will keep trying to find a way to make it work for me.

I can think of no more powerful time in life than motherhood to be called to listen and trust yourself, to follow your inner guidance and teacher!
