tips: 1. instead of pre-composing when masking once each time. Just make all the masks under the first layer and make the all the secondary masks into a subtract mode...it saves you a lot more time and organizes your project 2. When making a 3D object instead of using a null all the time ( which makes your computer run slower since it’s using more ram ) just pre-comp all 3D objects and where you have the 3 little boxes ( where your motion blur is ) click a star like shape and turn on 3D that makes all 3D objects into 1 big 3D object same goes for if having to much 3D layers under one como after effects won’t be able to handle all in one project so minimizing the size helps your project render faster 3. When changing a position of an anchor point click V on your keyboard this makes your clicker into a anchor point slider which it’s use is to move the anchor point so after that click on the anchor point and move it to your like while holding shift after that that’s the new placement of the anchor point 4. okay that’s all but it’s just help beginners or help people that don’t fully understand some of after effects at its fullest

For the rotation at 5:18 u can delete the last keyframe and move the middle keyframe to the same place where the last keyframe was and change it to 180 or -180 and move the graphs points to the middle for a smoother transition if that makes sense

for the masking if there's a hole you can just mask the person then the hole so then you have two masks, go down to the hole's mask and there should be an add button and there's '' substract '' (i'm not sure if i spelled it right but whatever) and then it removes the part :D
