As a person who has no children yet, but has always had a stomach and stretch marks , this is the first time I've EVER truly seen and felt a difference in my stomach area. When doing the exercises I really hone in on what she's saying, push the lower back to the floor, pull in the stomach area, and you can really feel the burn 🔥. As the video is going, focus on what she's saying to help make sure you're activating your muscles. To anyone who feels like they've tried everything, please give this a chance for at least 2 weeks. I do this video and the 10 minute lose your mommy pooch video every day. You do not, need to be a mom to do these, you do not need to be a female either. Give it a shot!!

I have an 8 yo daughter, had 2 fingers gap. Started the phase 4 around 5 months ago. Only doing it 2-3 times a week. .. Now it is close to half finger gap. So im moving to this exercise. Love it.

As new mother to the community 🤣 I’ve searched up different postpartum workouts (especially because naturally I had a very flat belly) almost every video I can across was a little intense since I was out of commission for sometime and had a c-section😢 once I came across your videos I was glad, the workouts aren’t to intense but very effective I have been working out to your videos for a month and a half now and boy do I see a very big difference #SHOUTOUTLAUREN 🎉

Hi Lauren. Love your videos. I gave birth two years ago via c section but still can't seem to lose the belly. Hoping these videos will help. Did you have a c section delivery? Your tummy looks so flat. Im almost losing hope that my tummy will never be flat again.

Hi Beverly! Thank you so much! Yes, I have had 2 C sections. It takes time and consistency, so don’t lose hope! It took me over a year to rebuild my core after my first C section. I am 7 months postpartum now (another C section) and am still working on healing my core, so I’m with you! I would suggest doing my postpartum Ab Program-it’s under my channel playlists. It’s a 12 week program designed to heal your core and pelvic floor, and will help you build a strong foundation to rebuild your abs and engage your core properly. This workout is a progression from that program, so come back to it once you’ve finished!

Thank you! Some Ab separation is normal: you can be “healed” and have restored core function but still have mild DR. I have the same thing at 8 months PP. for me, it takes a little longer to heal, and some Ab separation may still remain. That was the case for me with my first, tbd on this time around. But stay the course, healing takes time!
