Lauren Golden I think being able to see women doing it, and how they are doing it....it was a big step for me. I’ve tried to find other day in the life VA videos and it’s usually just someone sitting and talking through it. Which is totally fine! But I just needed to see that it could be done as a Mom. I didn’t know I needed to see it but it just lit a fire and I watch it a couple times a week now to stay motivated. Thank you for posting this and to all the Mamas who shared. I am currently retreading your book and I just...I can’t thank you all enough.

Plus I am watching VA videos to learn more too. I just realized now that my response earlier on was not on point, sorry about that, hopefully it made sense. But yes, I'm really trying to find myself at this and it's not easy I must admit

I'm trying to navigate this myself, honestly! I think it's going to come down to family structure, and really finding time either early in the morning or late at night when the kids is down.
