Sis. this video was spot on! I was just listening to see if it lined up with some of the things I do and yes ma'am it does. Great tips! I've been on a style evolution for a while now. I'm in my 30s and I often get mistaken to be 10 years younger, even in the workplace (yes in zoom space too). Do you have any tips on how I can dress in a way to be taken seriously, but not comprise my personal style? By the way I'm petite and have a tight budget to edit my style.

I get this because my face reads younger. Never underestimate the power of a good blazer. Also look for inspiration from co-workers and celebrities around your age for style cues. Personally I like Adrienne Bailon Houghton and Shay Mitchell for 30s something fashion choices.

The problem is, that in my world (science and social work) people look down on you if you are stylish
