Several Americans don't know that we are 7 million people speaking french in Québec province (Canada). For the little story, New France (French: Nouvelle-France), also sometimes known as the French North American Empire or Royal New France, was the area colonized by France in America. Between 1534 and 1759 the French occupied a third of America. Then the British invaded them, leaving the French Canadians the equivalent of Québec territory today. This is why we speak French in this province of Canada. So like Laurent Duvernay-Tardif the majority of us do not speak English first. We have to learn it as second language. Funny thing... our culture is still more North American than European-French. That's why we like football, baseball, hockey, Bob Dylan, Lady Gaga and everything in between. So I watch the Super Bowl every year and this one was amazing. Especially for a fan of the Chiefs! Greeting to you guys from Québec, Canada, North America!

What à fantastic upbringing this bloke had. Sounds like his parents knew how to encourage and help their children blossom. His attitude is sensible, yet tinged with a drive. To strive to achieve his goals won't be a problem for him. I'ma keep a look out for him, hoping to see those initials after his name. Superb story.
