If you go to VG I advise you to try their flan, it's typical french custard vanilla pie, they are really good at making french classic patisserie but Vegan. And not too far from it at Bastille you have a really nice vegan cafe, café Ginger (just need to book in advance but so worth it), did one after the other.

Keep traveling Lauren! You can do your work anywhere...why not spend a year in France, one in Spain, etc? I like to go somewhere for 2 weeks at a time. Lisbon was a tough one for me as a vegan but I think I could do better if I returned now that I have more vegan experience. This is a terrific video...thank you.
