as someone who’s struggled with horrible depression and mostly anxiety in the past this game was actually so real. it’s exactly how i felt. and the perception thing is actually so true as well. i tried therapy once and gave up on it to focus on everything myself, and since then it’s been a lot better for me. obviously it’s not something you can totally get rid of but i’ve been having a happier and more fulfilling life.

Hey Lauren, I think everyone have anxiety on different things. Anxiety is an emotional that stems from fear and if its really really bad it can be diagnosed as an anxiety disorder but anxiety itself isn't a disorder. Now, i didn't wanna do something because it would make me anxious but not the other people I was with, so i asked them if they could go do the thing whilst i worked on something else. They told me anxiety is a disorder and I hadn't been diagnosed and i was just saying that for attention and that doesnt make me better than anybody else.. Scuse me? I didn't say I was better than yall I just don't wanna do that because I'm anxious- So please tell me you weren't diagnosed or anything so I can prove I'm right. I'm not lying about having anxiety for attention-

As someone who has an anxiety disorder, you don't need to have a disorder to feel anxious. But if you often feel anxious, then it is possible you could have an anxiety disorder I'll never understand the invalidating other people's feelings bc they dont have a diagnosis bullcrap. Also you might wanna talk to a medical professional, like your primary care doctor, for more information and where they think youd fall in the categories
