I always say it, it amazes me how we have the best and the worst transit atst. Like how are you so advanced and always running, yet dirty and always broken atst? It's like magic, it baffles me. We could be so much better and we should be so much better. And naturally dirty because of some homeless people, but every day should be city employees cleaning the stations. It really should not be the way it is, and majority of our politicians were non NYCers, they came from Jersey, Massachusettes, upstate NY, and etc. NYC constantly gets trapped. I love it here, we have everything, but I also hate it here bc it should be a lot cleaner and cheaper. It's so expensive now it's hard to live.

Every Saturday we had school too, but only half as long as in the week, and everyone had to be there on the schoolyard 7'o clock 30 in the morning. All pupils had to stand in formations and sing the national hymn before the regular school started at 8'o clock. That happened every Saturday in every school in ex-GDR. The North-Korean subway is a former ex-GDR subway by the way. As teenagers we did making fun with jumping out of the incoming subway when it slowed down. Sadly it's impossible to do so anymore with newer subways. :) EDIT: It's crazy to watch for me, since it feels like a travel back in time.

"If you don't have it in your home you go to a training center" O.O Just casually shared... Oof, the trauma of that threat though... over a whole country. Show you're devotion or be 're-educated' *deep breath of sadness and shock* Scary. Ke-lien

The last clip is from a north korean restaurant in China. I've been to one and it was exactly this. All female north korean waitresses who can speak Chinese and English. There's a dancing and music show and they sometimes bring the customers up as well. Also there's north korean branded beer. Not sure of all the details under the hood, but the waitresses really are north korean and the restaurant is actually ran by north korea and they receive the profits. Was a really interesting experience.

Most people in the world actually learn British English because that's where the English language originated. Korea=Korean, England=English. So that particularly thing is not an Anti-American agenda (even though they most likely will never teach American English).

Also because most of the English speaking world was colonised by the British.

I love the first video so much and I’m glad that she was able to participate in this one without being insecure, I went through culture shock in my own country, and I know that it’s not anything that can compare to understanding being north or South Korean But it definitely makes me want to learn with these girls because I remember being young and I would love to be able to talk to her at the age. I am now and when I was their age. ❤❤❤❤❤ So pretty and so interesting to me, I watched KZbin videos when they told me the exact type of subway trains they have and they are from Soviet Union, it’s just so cool I love north and South Korea people
