@@TheSentinel091482 it was one classic album but I agree with Lauren cause said explained that the reason she didn't want to put out another album was cause she was lacking the experience. The entire album was good through and through. Each and every song. She gave a little bit of everything. She really did her thing on To Zion. The way she was singing that one put a tears in my eyes. She was good on every spectrum. She dropped science on the rapper end and then sang her ass off on the singer end. And she was beautiful. One of the best albums of the 90's.

Lauryn Hill. I was just entering middle school when this album came out and I wish I would have been a little older to fully appreciate it. This woman is straight fire on a mic. Wow, I almost got tears of nostalgia at 0:51 when she walks along central Park and the skater boys behind her are riding off doing tricks. When this album came out I was a little kid skateboarding at exactly the same spot (and elsewhere in and around the park).that was a whole different era and vibe and it's completely gone. From the "cool 90s skater boy" scene to this very type of music and vibe from Lauryn hill, and how those two things used to blend together back then....all gone.😢
