I buy decaf and regular grounds and mix them together for half caf! I also notice that I’m anxious when I drink coffee on an empty stomach. I try to drink a cup of water before I have my coffee

Hey a little advice with your sourdough starter. Try letting it breath without the glass lid, instead use a coffee filter with a rubber band on top. Also not sure what temp you keep your house but that can play with the outcome as well.

My Dr and lactation consultant recommended taking prenatal vitamins during all of my child bearing years pregnant or not. It's really good to have the nutrients for baby when breastfeeding and can increase your egg quality for a healthier baby when you do get pregnant just random information I was told anyways lol.
