My two dry recipes for travel if you want to save money on food. utensil needed one pot and tava 1) Upma/ upittu- Dry roast Suji/ rava and add seasoning of dry red chilies, mustard seeds and dry curry leaves. your dry powder upma ready to use. Just boil water add salt and dry suji mixture and your Upma is ready to eat. 2) instant Dosa- 1 cup rice, 1 cup chana dal, 1 cup moong dal, 1 cup udad dal, curry leaves, dry red chilies, jeera, mustard seeds . Dry roast them separately then dry grind to make dry powder mix. when you want to make a dosa add yogurt or water to make smooth paste and make instant dosa. both dosa powder and upma mixture stay fresh till 3-4 weeks 🙂😊

And for people saying eat outside - why spend a 100€ per meal when you can eat for 3 days in that budget if you can cook basic things in your chalets/apartments 😀
