A cappuccino in Italy is traditionally divided up in equal parts of 3. Espresso/steamed milk/frothed milk
A 5-6 ounce cappuccino cup is a normal standard size. I prefer
Espresso................2oz
Steamed milk.........2 oz
Frothed milk(foam)6 oz
Grind setting: 4
Temp: 204
Dose: slightly overfilled
Machine: Breville Barista Express
