I must admit the first time I came across Lavell's early standup I literally could not understand a word he said and closed the video after a few minutes. However over the last few weeks I've been watching more and more of his videos and not only am I gradually able to understand him more clearly, I keep laughing harder and harder with every set I hear. I really hope he keeps dropping that weight because not only is he easier to understand, but I would hate to see him pass early like Patrice.
