You did a great job by yourself Anna, although I do enjoy the conversations between the both of you. Good luck for your hike Pia.

Super happy to have found your podcast! I live in Darwin, and am a prolific knitter and spinner (even though it’s hot and humid pretty much all year ‘round up here). Fortunately, we have good air-conditioning … 😜 We moved up here after decades spent on cattle stations in order to pursue our passion for storm chasing, (we are a family of photographers and do wildlife research/photography too), but there’s no way I was giving up my handicrafts! Loved hearing about all your projects, and it was a delight to watch your podcast while I finished off one of my wips. Have subscribed, and now I shall go and binge-watch all the episodes from the beginning! Hope your sister enjoys her trek through the Top End. It’s an incredibly beautiful place …. ❤️ Look forward to your next episode … 🥰

Welcome!! Wow that sounds amazing being a storm chaser in the Top End. I’ll bet you have some stunning photos. Pia has done one hike in the NT before (called the Larapinta trail). This time she is doing the Jatbula trail. Her photos from the first hike were amazing so I’m sure this will be equally stunning. I said she should use some of her photos as inspiration for a craft project - maybe a weaving inspired by the colour palette or something similar.

I love your fade socks- and helpful tips for knitting similar! I’m not buying patterns this year, but I’ll be keeping my eye on the 2 test knits in your Wips section- the socks & shawl look fun to knit. And I hope Pia has a great time on her hike!

Lovely to hear from you Susan, I've missed your videos. The O Me Miserum Sock pattern has been released about a week ago and it is a free pattern. I'm not sure if the other two socks will be free or paid patterns.

Hi Anna ... You did a brilliant job solo! I saw Indigo Knits recently on The Woolly Thistle Shopcast 225 ... She had a jumper called Recursion she designed which is squiggles (and if you want to see her next design go to about 58mins in it is gorgeous!) I thought I would mention it as you were wearing a jumper with squiggles lol ❤ from Perth, WA - Susannah

Oh thank you for the recommendation I would love to knit a squiggly jumper one day!!

Hi Anna, I try to supply Woolen yarn and find your podcast very informative about what knitters are using and what they like from a yarn. Greenhill Woolen Crafts
