I'm 53 years old and I remember my mom having praise the lord and channel 40 on in our house when i was a teenager. Laverne Tripp would be on pal sometimes and if I'm not mistaken also had his own program. Hearing him sing that song brought back some wonderful childhood memories.

I’m 61 and I remember the exact same thing, my parents always had TBN on the TV almost every night, I remember enjoying the tripp family. Channel 40? Wow you must also be originally from Southern California.

Love this song, I remember the Tripp Family on TBN with Paul and Jan...When Paul and Jan had real guest that talked about Jesus, not guest that just want to sell their crap, that Matt has on...Matt has always had stars in his eyes, wanting to be one of them...and now he has partnered with NBC and the corrupt sports agenda, basically signed on with the devil...TBN has changed for the worst, I don't watch TBN anymore, I used to have TBN on 24/7...

I also met Edith and Levern Tripp when they came to Magnolia, Ohio, it was awesome though I come to finding out two weeks ago, that Rob Tripp passed in December/9/2021 and come to finding out, that Edith Tripp went home to be with the Lord on February/17/2022. 🙏 WOW !!!!!! What a beautiful home coming that's going to be when we can go home to see all of our friends and love ones who has gone on before us, but most of all, I want to see Jesus Christ my Lord and savior. ➕🙏➕🙏➕🙏➕🙏➕🙏➕🙏➕
