How not to clean your brushes.🥴 "Kharab nahi hue, aapne khod kharaab ker diye."😐 Put those brushes in Turpentine for 12 hours. Your brushes will be fine. Never use harsh soaps (washing bars) to clean your brushes. It can damage natural fibers (hog, sable,etc). Just use any mild soap (body soap, shower jells, handwash,etc) Dipping brushes in hot water will splay your bristles.

Oil paint brushes are not meant to be cleaned this way, perhaps I have an easier way which I've been using from a long time . If you don't have turpentine use Olive oil instead , take the amount depending upon the no. Of brushes you have . Keep the brushes overnight in the oil , next day use a shampoo or a soft soap to wash off the oil thoroughly , it's easy and effective 👍
