Balconies attached to the bedrooms are mostly Hotels so that the guests can sit outside and enjoy the view and fresh air. But for a home, they're better by the kitchen. They will be useful in many ways

I like it better than many apartments I've seen on video in Nairobi. What I like is the finishings are very good for the price and the studio is nicely laid out and quite large. I agree with you that the balcony should be located off the kitchen. One suggestion, please put the location of what you are showing in the description box along with the contact information. Nice video. Thing is, when you have a small space, avoid loads of furniture. You can have a king size bed, a very nice car per and throw some beanbags and one foldable chair, a good fridge and your entertainment unit. 👌

Instead of hiring an agent, can you go directly to the apartment buildings leasing office (if there is one) that you're interested in seeing and be shown the apartments? Sign your lease there or isn't this an option?

A correction. The "balcony " you describe near the kitchen is called a kitchen yard or dhobi area. And apartments do have balconies adjacent to the bedroom. But that design of the one bedroom is horrible in terms of location of the kitchen yard. The developer seems not to have engaged an architect and perhaps picked a drafts person to do the design. One cannot have the house girl pass through the bedroom when going to do the clothes or dishes #designfail

*Does a good video tour on affordable houses in nairobi and gives great tips, leaves out the most important info: LOCATION. I want to move into the one bedroom, but i dont know where it is. Please include exact location and possible caretaker's contact(s) if you don't mind. Also, improve on camera angles and use a wide angle lens so as to capture as much detail as possible. I would urge you to invest in a good microphone. I suggest you get the Rhode Video Mic compact or the Rhode Video Mic pro. They're great for vlogging and you can use them for other filming too. I also sugest that you make use of your camera's flip screen, or buy a cheap monitor for it for when you're sitting or standing. That way, you don't get cropped....I also suggest 😂 😂...sorry if they're alot...just want to see your content have more quality. Yeah, so I also suggest a little more touch to your color correction and sound editing in general. Watch some real estate videos or vlogs or commercials and give yours the same flow...do it for your other topics too. Otherwise, great stuff!!!
