Oh Lisa, this is just Magical! You have so much talent! I have watched this video in awe of you, and seeing the scene come to life with each touch was pure magic for sure! Thank you! Very kind. I haven’t taken classes. I’ve always been artistic. I see it as an adventure and voyage of discovery! I have watched many things on KZbin and elsewhere over the years. I think it comes down to knowing how the mediums work, stamping techniques and the best colours to go together. But honesty I’ve learnt by making many mistakes and being brave to experiment. Creativity is so important. I plan to do online workshops with real time tuition. I just need to get my house sold and my act together! Thank you for your kind support!☺️🙏

That moon within a moon is sooo beautiful. Thanks for sharing your lovely artwork and showing us how you create the gorgeous effects 💖. Can I ask if your pens gets clogged? My sparkly pens and white gel pens (all SIGNO) have got clogged and I've tried everything to get them to write again, with no success 🙁. I don't use them on top of pastel, only ink.

Lesley sometimes they do. It’s tricky over pastel. I find once the pastel is sprayed with fixative or hair spray the pens work better. Thank you!🙏☺️

Can you use the same brush in the elements and in the versa fine

I think you can do so long as you wipe them on a cloth in between. I had separate brushes but I don’t think it matters. The versafine Clair ink is permanent so it will colour the bristles .☺️🙏

Wow, those extra soft pastels are $36 pounds and $99 dollars!!! That's more than double, almost three times as much in the USA :'(

Any soft pastels will do . They just happen to be the ones that I have and I have no affiliation to them. Just use what you have. It’s the technique that I’m hoping to demonstrate.☺️
