Manhyia Palace is the Capital of Ashanti, not the city of Kumasi. That place needs to be developed as a special city on its own.

The issue is , its an old town and most of the houses are more than 100 years, Another issue is that it's close to zongo so its hard to develop the whole neighborhood. But the good thing is that some families has started renovationg their houses.
