good night country Gyal and family, nice hassar curry, I grow up my mom use to scrub the hassar with a hard brush to take out all the black from under the scale must try it sometime then soak with salt and flour, flour take out all the smell then lime juice, I tell you its a process lol but worth it, I'm coming with my bowl soon, nice to see you all in the kitchen enjoy your lunch take care and stay bless ❤
