I’m going to be 37 this year, and I remember when I got my snes for Christmas when I was 8, and this is one of the games that came with it. It seems like forever ago, hearing the intro for the first time. I’m not crying ! You are!! 😅

That King Mars Secret of the Forest track was perfectly placed. My heart really perked up. Almost forgot I was working for a second. The Chrono series will always be really special. I feel spoiled by the quality of music in my earlier years of gaming. This, Legend of Dragoon, FF8-10. I would love to hear some lo-fi Wild Arms 2/3--those soundtracks are slept on. I am 39 now. It was my 12th birthday when I got a copy of this masterpiece in September 1995. It was the most expensive video game ever around $93 (worth every penny) purchased by my grandmother for me at Toys R Us! How's that for dating us. 😂. Some of you may not even know what Toys R Us is. And we didn't have these amazing animated cutscenes in the original added years later of the PS re-release. Nevertheless, aside from the Legend of Zelda and Mana series, Chrono Trigger is THE BEST video game of all time! Btw, this lofi mix is awesome.
