Law and Mental Health: Psychopathic Personality - Wen Gu, Ph.D.
Dr. Gu is a licensed clinical psychologist in New York and New Jersey, and an authorized practitioner through PSYPACT. As a certified clinical trauma professional, he supports trauma survivors to lessen the influence of painful past events through emotion regulation skills and trauma narratives. Dr. Gu provides evidence-based psychotherapy as well as conducts forensic and psychological evaluations for education and immigration cases.
Dr. Gu received his BA at Boston College, his MA at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, and his PhD at City University of New York Graduate Center. In addition to his private practice, he teaches as a clinical assistant professor at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and as an adjunct faculty at Fordham University.
