But even a young surgeon earns 80,000 rupees in a hospital while still into their residency where they study and operate on patients at same time. And after getting out from govt hospital, once private hospital takes them because they earned 3 years of experience as a resident in hospital , they get salaries upto 1 lac or commission based as per amount of surgeries. So not 20,000 like litigation. Medicine is much harder than law, which is the reason behind this.

Your videos really made my realise i was just pursuing law, as clat is too easy for me(i achieve highest marks in mock tests). I can work 80 hours a week coding or programming but cannot as a lawyer. I think its just too boring for me. Btw most of the corporate lawyers are not referred to as 'vakil saab'.

They are by the cops and their relatives or when and if they do appear in a court. Don't go by videos take the clat, be a lawyer, try it out. If it doesn't work out you already have a backup in coding. Try & reject, no problem. Don't reject without trying

@@TLOIAcademySir i think you'll find it interesting to read and do reply what you think of that. With all due respect sir I'm after money, some status wouldn't hurt but mainly money. I've been into hacking since 9th grade on and off but now when boards are on hold i don't like to study at all not even for clat or non-med, I don't know why but i can recover for both exams in time, but thats not the point. I hacked my neighbour wifi 1.5 years ago but nearly 10 days ago they changed the company so i had to do it again turns out the first time was kind of a luck draw but now i was straight into that for almost 10 days no youtube no Netflix nothing i was supremely concentrated and did it again with my other neighbours, don't get it wrong it was so frustrating at times i banged my hand on walls because i was curious why it wasn't happening and when i finally did it today i almost went into shock and was truly happy and my mom told me if you're so interested in that why you want to become a lawyer, and thats when i watched your videos. I can send the photos of hacked passwords if you like on mail!

So I was wondering. There's this huge scope of judicial clerkship after law school, these days You learn under the Judges and have a contract which actually pays you 40-50K per month (clerking under SC judges i.e. but even Hc judges are paying good for clerkship) but until very recently it was only an NLU exclusive job which you could get through networking but I've heard they've introduced examination for it and the pool has opened up. If you could do a video on the scope of that after law school? If you could, I have two specific questions I'm not able to get much clarification on from the internet. 1) what's the process to get into clerkship? Exam syllabus and what do I have to do to polish my CV for the judges to accept my clerkship 2) as someone eventually aspiring to enter litigation, is it better for me to get a clerkship under a judge who decides on cases and therefore get an understanding of rationales of the judges in deciding cases? Or get a job under an advocate who'll teach me how to fight those cases? If you could make a video on that or answer it here it'll be really helpful. Thank you.

To be honest law is not worth it in this country. It's a highly ungrateful and blacklisted profession. Everyone presumes you are a crook. Bank doesn't give loan. No body lets you his or her property. No one pays for legal advise. If you really want to get the respect this profession deserves then try to do law from abroad like US,UK ,CANADA and practice there. Clients are billed per hour and you get paid even for telephonic consultation

You don't need a JD over a LL.B. You will need to equalise your LL.B. to be eligible for practice
