This is the highest time for setup few regional SC (minimum four numbers)for civil cases and criminal cases for which the pending civil cases can be finalised earliest. Second thing - holiday of all courts should be followed as per the holiday roster of central government. Third thing - For condolences court should allow only one hour in first half or tiffin time of that concern court. Courts should not be allowed holiday for the full day.

Respected Madam, Till the false cases are not contained pendency will not reduse. If the advocates reduce taking adjournments more than three times, pendency of cases will come down. Advocates are taking adjournments without any just reason and opposite counsels are not opposing the same, Hon'ble judges are helpless in imposing heavy cost upon the faulty advocates. And in such cases trial court is not taking self cognizance which is not in the interest of justice. Thanks and with kind regards.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट के ब्रांच प्रत्येक राज्य की राजधानी मे होनी चाहिए और प्रत्येक मे जजों की संख्या कम से कम 8 होनी चाहिए क्योंकि एक या दो जज के होने से फैसलों मे मनमानी या पक्षपाती होने का डर रहेगा. साथ ही देश के हरेक राज्यों से कम से कम 1-1 प्रबुद्ध, स्वतंत्र, कानून की बारीकी जानने वाले व्यक्तियों की एक कमिटी होनी चाहिए जो सुप्रीम कोर्ट के हर फैसले का अपने-अपने स्तर से त्वरित (time bound) रिव्यू करे और फिर majority के आधार पर कोर्ट के फैसले को सही या गलत बताये. ऐसे मे सुप्रीम कोर्ट की मनमानी भी बंद होगी.

Access to justice is the main important point. Ab Delhi ke SC ka value ghat jaayega to controlling wahan se se ho saare benches ka CJI ke through. CJI to kuch hi honge. Unmein char CJI ko saare metropolitan cities ke SC ka main bana dena chahiye aur Delhi wale CJI jo senior hon wo controlling kare. Isse value bhi aur access to justice bhi aur tremendous lot of cases bhi jald clear ho sakega aur log SC ka bhi jyada se jyada benefits le payega. Warna bahut se log to aap ke kahe anusaar Delhi SC ka darwaja kaysa hota hai ye tak nahin dekh sakta/saka hai, justice ka faayda kya le payega.
